After you have developed your personal emotional awareness, the second step you need to improve is to control your emotions. People with high emotional literacy are often adaptable to different situations. Instead of reacting momentarily to events, they will be patient and find appropriate ways to express their feelings. This helps them protect themselves and avoid hurting others.
You can try to find ways to relieve work stress. Start with interesting habits outside of work. Regular exercise is also a healthy habit that helps relieve stress. Accept the fact that you can't control everything and make sure you still find a way to keep the problem from getting worse. Emotions can overwhelm you at times, but you can make rational and rational choices if you take the time to consider the possibilities.
