Crème de cassis
Food & Wine describes Crème de cassis, a Burgundy liqueur with a history dating back over 150 years, as having an extremely sweet flavor (thanks to being made with black currants). Additionally, those berries add a punch of tartness to keep everything balanced. Although it's a fantastic addition to many different sorts of spirits-based cocktails, it should only be used in moderation as it can make a cocktail that was already a little bit sweet much sweeter.
The Kir Royale, a preferred French aperitif, is one of the most well-known cocktails created using crème de cassis, as explained by What A Girl Eats. It is popular to drink this before supper for a reason it is bubbly, light, and won't make you feel full before a substantial meal. With just champagne and crème de cassis, it's also quite easy to make, yet looks incredibly sophisticated and difficult.
