Investment holding company Daphne International Holdings Limited is situated in Hong Kong and is also one of China's major producers of footwear. The company's operations can be broken down into three main categories: the sale of footwear under the Daphne and Shoe Box brands; the production of apparel and accessories; and the operation of an e-commerce platform. Across China, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, the company runs its main operations.

Daphne International Holdings Limited was founded in 1987 and listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1995. As of September 11, 2006, it was also a component stock of the Hang Sang Composite Mainland Index. The Group's primary activities are the production, promotion, and distribution of footwear, apparel, and accessories under its own brands, licensed brands, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) contracts.

Its primary markets are the United States and China. The Group began doing business in China in 1990, launching the "Daphne" brand, which has since become one of the most popular among Chinese women. Over 4,000 stores under the "Daphne," "Shoebox," "Arezzo," "Sofft," and "Born" brands are currently being operated by the group across Mainland China and Taiwan.
