Deerfield is a versatile, sophisticated events facility and one of Delaware's finest wedding venues that can accommodate practically any need, from corporate meetings in one of several unique conference and function rooms to a big reception for up to 500 guests in The Ballroom. Deerfield also has a number of smaller banquet rooms that are great for smaller gatherings.

Deerfield also has a public restaurant, The Pub & Grille, which is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and serves lunch, supper, and cocktails (seasonal, hours vary.) From late September to early May, Deerfield hosts Delaware's Best Sunday Brunch. Finally, Deerfield is pleased to host a variety of holiday events, including Valentine's Brunch, Easter Sunday Buffet, Mother's Day Buffet, Father's Day Brunch, Thanksgiving Day Buffet, and Santa Brunches.
