Desktop photocopiers
For organizations who don't have a lot of space or don't perform a lot of printing on a daily basis, a desktop photocopier is the ideal choice. These photocopiers do exactly what they say on the tin: they're small enough to fit on a desk and come with a slew of extra features all packed into one little package. Because the machinery required to feed A3 paper through a photocopier would make the device too huge and heavy to sit on a desk, most desktop photocopiers only accept A4 paper.
Desktop photocopiers are available in a variety of configurations, from the most basic to the most complex. The most recent desktop copiers are multifunction, combining a scanner, printer, and photocopier into one unit. If your organization still wants fax capabilities, some even have the option to fax.
These photocopiers are typically significantly less expensive than bigger floor-standing office photocopiers. Desktop photocopiers perform the same functions as bigger photocopiers, and some of the latest models even print at faster speeds than many floor-standing machines.
