Cesar's colorful kitchen out front cooks up fresh and delectable Timorese delights with an extraordinarily pleasant team, especially for Dili. The room is very big, and the outside sitting is shaded by vines. Grilled fish and other delicacies such as pumpkin curry or chicken cooked in regional spices are included on the menu. Dishes od Dilicious sometimes take a long time to arrive, but it's a fantastic value and there's a full bar.

The goal of Dilicious Timor is to bring the excellent food of Timor-Leste to Dili while also contributing to the local economy.
