At Rolls N Bowls, with 18 hour brew beef stock for our pho, nothing brings out the sweet marrow flavor like a long hot brew. All hand rolled spring and rice paper rolls are done in house and onsite. Crisp Vietnamese baguette is baked on a daily basis. Timor-Leste's fresh grown beans to produce the finest specialty coffee in Timor-Leste. They utilize locally-sourced gourmet ingredients whenever possible.
