Diversity wildlife
In Malawi, it's not unusual to drive through completely new scenery every hour while taking in the stunning views all around you. There are many wonderful national parks and wildlife reserves, each with its own special history. African Parks, a world-famous conservation group, is currently in charge of managing four of its protected areas, including Majete Wildlife Reserve, Nkhotakota Wildlife Reserve, Liwonde National Park, and Mangochi Forest Reserve.
Majete Wildlife Reserve is now home to the Big Five as a result of a significant ten-year rehabilitation program (due to a collaboration between the government and a non-profit organization) (elephant, rhino, lion, leopard, and buffalo). Without the gridlock and busy roads of other, more well-known reserves, you may see lions, leopards, buffalo, elephants, and other creatures in this lovely park. The majority of the park's animals drink from the Shire River, which runs beside the park. There, going on a river safari is like entering the Lion King. Observing all the animals congregating at the water to drink, clean themselves, and play is a "once in a lifetime event." And the best part is that you can actually hear the sounds of nature on boats because they are less noisy than jeeps.
Additionally, Malawi Adventure offers some incredible road safari experiences in Malawi if you're still a huge fan of the classic safari in Africa. You can discover rural villages, wild nature, animals in their natural habitat, and even snorkeling and diving in one of the islands on Lake Malawi on this private tour that travels throughout Malawi.
