Dubai International Film Festival

The Dubai Film Festival attracts film fans from all around the region and Europe, and numerous A-list Hollywood stars, producers, and directors attend screenings at various locations throughout Dubai throughout the festival. After 14 successful years, the festival has taken a vacation and returned in 2022. The Dubai Film Festival is hosted by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister of Dubai, and Ruler of Dubai. Dubai Entertainment & Media Organization presents and organizes this non-profit cultural event.

The festival was founded with the stated goal of involving and encouraging local filmmakers, and it has presented 500 Arab films in its past 14 editions, assisting in the completion of at least 300 of them. The Dubai Film Festival is worthy to rank number 2 on our list.
