East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO)

East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO) is fortunate to operate two clinics at their location in Mount Pleasant, offering a variety of services for the community. Their Partners in Healthcare Clinic is provided during the day, while the MUSC C.A.R.E.S. Clinic is offered in the evenings. They also offer a Prescription Assistance Program, helping patients fill monthly prescription refills at a reduced or no cost at all. Make ECCO your new medical home!

Let ECCO become your new medical friend, with primary care services for uninsured adults. All patients of the Partners in Healthcare Clinic are offered medical care through MUSC Nurse Practitioners. The clinic runs during the day and provides the following services:

• Support for patients with health complications such as:Diabetes, High blood pressure, High cholesterol

The clinic has an enlarged its service area, which involves the Tri-County area of Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley counties. All individuals who are uninsured, live in this service area and meet the published income guidelines (250% of the FPG or below) are eligible for services.
