Ferrino
Ferrino, an Italian brand founded in 1870, now produces clothes, accessories, and equipment for mountain sports and activities. Cesare Ferrino, a paint maker at the time, founded it in Turin.
However, over time, its primary focus became the development of materials capable of protecting against climatic pollutants, particularly rain.
He desired maximal waterproofing and succeeded in creating waterproof tents in 1890. This corporation specialized more and more over the next year until it arrived at its current production.
Ferrino backpacks come in a variety of styles, with some built for hiking, some for mountaineering, and others for backpacking, camping, and so on.
The fundamental element of these items, particularly those built for mountain sports, is the HDry® technology, which allows for waterproofing via a sheet placed directly into the product, or rather "thermo-welded" inside using a pressure and temperature mechanism. The Dry-Hike design is an excellent example of this type of backpack.
