Festival Of Colours

The people of Azerbaijan like putting on a show, which is what occurs at the Azerbaijan Festival of Colors. It was inspired by the Hindu holiday of Holi, which is observed on the first day of Spring.

People of all ages gather to the streets to hurl colored water and gulal, a powdered paint. Festival of Colors drew a large number of people from all across the country to celebrate the holiday and have a wonderful experience. Tourists did not pass up the opportunity to take part in this amusing celebration.
