Fitbit Charge 5
Fitbit's latest tracker, the Charge 5, contains a lot of intriguing capabilities that are generally reserved for Fitbit's more expensive trackers, such as an ECG heart rate monitor. During their testing, they discovered that the bright, always-on color touch screen was a significant improvement over the Fitbit Charge 4 — it is easy to read in bright sunlight and is ideal for use during an HIIT workout or hike, though the lack of physical buttons made navigation a little fiddly when running.
The Fitbit Charge 5 will also be able to provide users with a "Daily Readiness Score," which is calculated using three metrics: fitness fatigue (activity), heart rate variability (HRV), and recent sleep. This is a good choice if you're seeking for a tracker that looks nice on your wrist, is simple to read in bright sunshine, and offers some great capabilities for the price. If you're using a Fitbit Charge 3 or older, the color screen alone is worth the investment.
