Fix8 is a renowned kombucha brand celebrated for its dedication to crafting high-quality, flavorful, and nourishing kombucha beverages. Founded as a commitment to holistic well-being, Fix8 has grown into a prominent brand, offering a diverse range of kombucha flavors and earning acclaim for its innovative approach to health-conscious refreshments.

Fix8's founder and head fermentalist, a woman on a mission, is dedicated to crafting and creating the finest gut-health drinks available in the UK market. Having developed a passion for kombucha during her time at university, she swiftly abandoned a career in the corporate world and transformed her parents' London flat into a micro-brewery for kombucha production.

During a year studying abroad in Shanghai, she was introduced to kombucha by her Chinese Medicine Doctor, who referred to it as 'the tea of immortality' due to its beneficial properties for overall health. From that first sip, her fascination with kombucha began. Upon her return to the UK in 2014, she encountered a scarcity of high-quality kombucha in stores.

The rest, as they say, is history. Freya embarked on travels to meet various kombucha makers worldwide, from Bali to Berlin, and from Portland to Hawaii. Additionally, she gained valuable experience working at a pioneering fermentation hub in Berkeley, California, before launching Fix8 in 2018.
