One visit to their rainbow-colored website is enough to convince you that Fox & Jane's five Manhattan salons are unlike any other in the city. F&J, founded by hairstylist Lorean Cairns and entrepreneur Billy Canu, values fun and community while emphasizing salon culture to the point where Cairns published a book about it (in addition to hosting stylist education classes and events).
