Michael Law is a cartographer and GIS expert with over a decade of expertise. Amy Collins is a writer and editor who has worked with geographic information systems (GIS) for over fifteen years. She worked with Esri as a technical editor, where she improved her GIS skills and developed an interest in creating effective teaching materials. She is still working on books about GIS education, among other things.
