Hawaii - The Big Island
The Big Island (formally known as Hawaii) is the largest island in the Hawaiian archipelago of the United States in the Central Pacific. Its varied landscape includes colored-sand beaches like Papakolea (green) and Punalu'u (black) as well as lush jungle. Volcanoes National Park contains two active volcanoes, Kilauea and Mauna Loa.
