No wonder the prime minister needs to rewind after a trying day of British and international political wheeling and dealing. And an interesting detail about Boris Johnson is that he creates bus model replicas to achieve this. and not the elaborately made ones you may buy at a model shop. He builds his own buses out of used wine boxes, and instead of the typical unhappy passengers we all see on the bus every day, he paints smiling people onto the seats.

His odd passion may have been inspired by the "Boris Bus" initiative, where he tried to have a hybrid bus added to London's public transportation system. After Boris Johnson resigned as mayor of London, the project was abandoned.

Opponents have asserted that Mr. Johnson's colorful painted wine container eco-buses are his own "dead cat," a ridiculous assertion made to divert attention from the more challenging and important issues revolving around his campaign. Only Andrea Leadsom, Mr. Johnson's former rival for the Tory leadership, seemed unaffected by the controversy, giving a distinctly bored response to the BBC's inquiries.
