Headstart International School
Headstart International School, founded in 2005, provides children aged 2 to 18 with both the British Curriculum and the Cambridge International Curriculum. This is one of Phuket's best international schools. It is unusual in Phuket in that it is the only school that offers Cambridge AS and A-level qualifications, offering pupils the option to learn French, Mandarin, Russian, and Thai.
Its prominent location in the center of Phuket includes a vast 6-acre school complex that currently provides a great learning environment for over 900 students from 50 different nationalities. Extracurricular activities (ECAs) at HeadStart are offered on both campuses Monday through Friday, with HeadStart Academies and some fee-based programs also available on weekends.
ECAs are implemented at the start of the academic year and run for the duration of the year with as few interruptions as possible. ECAs are scheduled in the time windows shown below. Friday classes start and end 20 minutes sooner.
Their motto, "Inspiring a love of learning," expresses their concept of helping children grow and develop a lifetime love of learning. They take pleasure in their great teaching staff and provide academic and co-curricular activities both inside and beyond the classroom, frequently involving themselves with the larger community.
Headstart International School has a strong academic record and takes pride in teaching kids to be kind and hardworking. Parents have free access to their Fitness Gym every weekend at specific hours.
