Hoet was founded by Patrick Hoet, a former optician. He set out with a goal to create his own avant-garde designs and provide his clients with a plethora of creative possibilities. Beginning with handcrafted frames, he experimented with unusual materials like titanium, wood, and horn. His remarkable and graceful works quickly gained attention, forcing him to launch his namesake company in 1997.
