Homebase also offers a generous refund policy which covers purchases made online, in-store, or via click-and-collect. You can return any item within 30 days of receipt if it's unused and resalable. Note that perishable goods like plants or turf, items made to measure, or cut to size such as timber, and sealed hygiene or health protection items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
