ICONSIAM – 5.65 million sq ft

ICONSIAM is a multifunctional shopping center located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in Thailand. One of Asia's largest shopping malls, ICONSIAM, opens to the public on November 9, 2018, also includes hotels and accommodations.

The $1.5 billion project is being developed as a joint venture between Thai shopping center developers Siam Pivot Group, MQDC Magnolia Quality Development and Charoen Pokphand Group.

Opened in 2018,ICONSIAM has a total rental area of 525,000 m2 (5,650,000 sq ft) and has more than 1,000 stores, making it the 7th largest shopping center in the world by 2021.
