As of 2020, the largest shopping center in the world is the massive Iran Mall. Located in northwest Tehran, this massive structure has a total rental area of approximately 21 million square feet. It is a commercial, cultural and social center that includes retail stores, cultural sites, recreational areas, hotels and commercial buildings including several parking spaces. The rooftop of Iran Mall Shopping Mall is a sports complex where you can enjoy activities such as hiking and cycling.

There is also a tennis court, swimming pool and ice rink! The already completed Iran Mall area has been put together to make it the largest shopping mall in the world, but some parts are still under construction, so the megastructure will only grow bigger in the future.
