International Black Sea University

International Black Sea University was founded in 1995 and is a for-profit private higher education school located in the city of Tbilisi (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). International Black Sea University (IBSU) is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 2,000-2,999 students) coeducational Georgian higher education institution that has been officially accredited by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.

International Black Sea University (IBSU) offers courses and programs in a variety of fields that lead to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor's and master's degrees.

This 25 years old Georgian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment. IBSU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, sports facilities, financial aids and/or scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.
