International School Eastern Seaboard
The International School Eastern Seaboard (ISE) is a coeducational, nonsectarian, college-preparatory day school serving pre-kindergarten to grade 12 students. The school offers a full academic program that includes core subjects such as math, science, social studies/history, and language arts/English, as well as foreign language study, English as a Second Language (EAL), physical education, fine arts, and a variety of co-curricular activities.
ISE aspires to be a model American-style school. All school programs are designed to suit students from various countries with various educational needs. Adding the IB program to the current program significantly benefits students who enroll in it.
Students who choose not to participate in the IB program can still take conventional high school courses. The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) in the United States has granted the school full accreditation.
As previously stated, the American concept of education serves as the program's foundation at ISE. The school is divided into two sections: the Elementary School for students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 5 and the Secondary School for students in Grades 6 through 12. The ISE campus is divided into Elementary, Early Childhood, and Secondary Schools, as well as two gyms, soccer fields, and a Fine Arts Center.
There is an auditorium, music classes, exhibition halls, and conference rooms at the Fine Art Center. The secondary school building consists of three levels and has a secondary school library, a media center, three scientific laboratories, two computer labs, an art room, and an IB art room, as well as 12 ordinary classrooms.
The elementary school site is divided into four buildings, each of which houses an elementary school library, a computer lab, music rooms, two science labs, and 19 normal classrooms.
