Jackie Aina
Jacquelyn Lonje Olayiwola Oyeshola Bolayemi Aina (born August 4, 1987) is a Nigerian-American beauty YouTuber known as Jackie Aina. She was born to an African-American mother and a Yoruba-speaking Nigerian father. She is a social influencer who campaigns for the inclusion of people of color in the cosmetics industry. She has collaborated with Anastasia Beverly Hills, e.l.f Cosmetics, Too Faced, Sephora, and Sigma.
Aina joined the United States Army Reserve after two years of college. While stationed in Hawaii, she discovered her talent as a cosmetic artist and was employed by MAC Cosmetics. She began making films on the items and appearances she admired that could be worn by anyone. Aina believes that people of color are underrepresented and frequently overlooked in the beauty industry, and she has criticized makeup shade ranges for being insufficiently inclusive. Her Instagram feed, which has 1.8 million followers, is also highly appreciated by many beauty fans. She frequently posts various layouts with sophisticated makeup, and events, and interacts with a big number of fans.
