Jakarta Multicultural School
Jakarta Multicultural School (JMS) has grown from its humble beginnings as Jakarta Montessori School into a place where every student's needs are met and their potential is nurtured.
JMS started in a rented space at the International Sports of Indonesia (ISCI) by Situgintung lake. It quickly became popular among parents looking for a school with small classes and individual attention. The close-knit classrooms, dedicated teachers, and staff laid the foundation for a new vision.
In 2007, Ms. Edriana Noerdin took over the school and introduced the Cambridge and International Baccalaureate curriculums. The school was then renamed Jakarta International Multicultural School, marking the beginning of the beloved institution we know today. JMS relocated to a beautiful 2-hectare property in the serene Situgintung area, only a short 15-minute ride from the Lebak Bulus MRT station.
At JMS, they believe in maintaining a low student-to-teacher ratio to provide personalized attention. Their goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where every student feels protected. The teachers and staff know each student by name, allowing them to closely observe their strengths and challenges.
