Kawasan Waterfalls

One of the greatest waterfalls in the Philippines is Kawasan Falls, which is located on the island province of Cebu. This collection of multi-tiered waterfalls is located in Barangay Matutinao, Badian, which is about 103 kilometers from Cebu City and is situated on the southwest coast of Cebu. The natural wonders of rivers, freshwater streams, and expansive jungle canyons are abundant in this seaside town. Other noteworthy cities around Badian are Moalboal (18 KM), Alegria (17 KM), and Oslob (73 kilometers away). The environs of Kawasan Falls, which are located at the base of the Mantalongon Mountain Range, are stunningly green and have sheer limestone canyon walls.

The natural ponds and crystal-clear blue water at Kawasan Falls are breathtaking. This color is sometimes compared by locals to the blue Gatorade beverage. The multi-tiered design of Kawasan Fall in Cebu is another amazing feature. There are three levels to the waterfall, and on each level are natural pools where guests may cool down and swim. In addition to being beautiful, Kawasan is a great area to go swimming. Many visitors laud the water's coolness and revitalizing qualities. The Kandayvic Spring is where the water from Kawasan's summit originates. It ultimately empties into the Taon Strait and the Matutinao River. Since Badian is reachable from Cebu City, a number of Cebu travel packages concentrate on excursions and activities around Kawasan Falls. Kawasan canyoneering tours are a favorite among visitors who want to experience the waterfalls in the most adventurous way.
