Keep tabs on your progress and setbacks as you work toward your objectives. Set goals for yourself and reward yourself when you reach each one. You may track your progress in four different ways. This can be accomplished in a variety of ways. For activities done along the way, you can construct a list, a breakout chart, or a checklist. When you have a strategy in place, you can refer to it when you feel like giving up and refocus on the tasks necessary to achieve your objective.


Stop berating yourself for your blunders. Accept that you are not flawless and treat yourself with kindness when you are confronted with your flaws. Your friends and coworkers value you because of who you are, not because you are immaculate. Also, have a backup plan in mind before you start; this way, if you get irritated and want to quit, you'll have a plan to fall back on.
