Kill Me, Kiss Me
Popular Korean manhwa series "Kill Me, Kiss Me" is written and illustrated by Lee Young-you. It is one of the best gangster manhwa. Tae-yang and Jung-woo, two identical cousins, are the focus of the narrative. Tae-yang, a female who has a crush on Jung-woo, disguises herself as a boy to attend an all-boys school. But to her surprise, Jung-woo develops feelings for her male alter ego.
The show is well-known for its comic aspects since Tae-yang's covert identity causes a number of misunderstandings and mishaps. As the plot develops, Tae-yang faces challenges keeping her identity a secret while juggling her feelings for Jung-woo and contending with other potential lovers. The manhwa also looks with issues like acceptance, companionship, and gender identity. Since its 1999 debut as a serial in South Korea, "Kill Me, Kiss Me" has been translated into other languages, including English. Both a live-action drama series and a Japanese manga series have been made from it. "Kill Me, Kiss Me" is a delightful, lighthearted read if you like romantic comedies with a twist.
