Kko Kko Na Ra
In Singapore, Kko Kko Na Ra is the first Korean fried chicken restaurant. The majority of the restaurant's recipes come from Madam Lee's (the owner's) mother, who resided in Jeon La Do, which is known for producing some of Korea's best meals. The genuineness of Kko kko na ra's recipe distinguishes it from its competitors.
In Singapore, Kko Kko Na Ra was the first to create "Ma Neul Gan Jang" or Garlic Soy Sauce Chicken, served in wings and drums. The sauce is produced with hand-crushed garlic and a variety of healthful Korean ingredients. The sauce took a long time to make, only to ensure that the garlic tasted better when it was dispersed throughout the fried chicken. Crispy Soy Garlic Chicken is the company's best-selling fried chicken and has since become its hallmark dish, followed by kimchi jjigae, army stew, seafood pancake, and watermelon soju.
