The GOGIJIP Korean BBQ Restaurant in Singapore uses all fresh ingredients, including beef, seafood, pork (Iberico pork is a Spanish culinary treasure, considered among the best pork in the world), crab, and vegetables, to ensure that each dish has a distinct flavor. Furthermore, The restaurant space is enormous with several 12-seat tables. They have Korean music playing and some random Korean shows on TV.
You can't miss Ganjang Gejang (Korean soy raw crab) if you come here. It's also the restaurant's best seller. Gejang is a type of jeotgal (salted fermented seafood) created by marinating fresh raw crabs in ganjang (soy sauce) or a sauce based on chili pepper powder in Korean cuisine. The phrase is made up of two Korean words: ge, which means "crab", and jang, which means "condiment".
