Koenigsegg CCX
The Koenigsegg CCX is a midship sports car manufactured by Swedish automaker Koenigsegg Automotive AB. The project began with the creation of a global vehicle designed and engineered to meet global safety and environmental regulations, specifically to enter the US automotive market. The design of the CCR has changed a lot to sell cars in the United States. The previously used Ford Modular engine has been replaced by a self-designed Koenigsegg engine designed to run on 91 octane fuel that is readily available in the United States and meets California emission standards.
The name CCX stands for Competition Coupé X, where the X commemorates the 10th anniversary of the completion and test drive of the first CC prototype in 1996 (X is the Roman numeral 10).
The Koenigsegg CCX is the fastest car in the world. Top speed is 245 mph, and this trendy Swedish supercar also boasts 806 horsepower. Koenigsegg Automotive AB also produces mid-engine sports cars. The price of this car is $545,568.
