Kwabena Yeboah

Among the football and animation commentators, Kwabena Yeboah (was born in 1960) is one of the best in Africa. During the commentary, Yeboah, who has been dubbed one of the oldest surviving identities in the Ghanaian media, cheers every goal with the brand shouts of 'Oluwaaa', sometimes followed by 'Wunderbar' (German for 'great'). As a respected person on Ghanaian sport, Yeboah is also an experienced writer - notably the founding editor of the African Sports newspaper - and a long time presenter of the show "Sports Highlights" is broadcast Monday on Ghana Television. Like fine wine, Yeboah continues to defy age even as fresher and younger competition continues to emerge.
