LA Fitness, which was founded in 1984, now has over 690 locations in the United States and Canada. Most major cities have LA Fitness locations, which are usually in shopping malls or other high-traffic areas. One of the reasons people join here is because of the easy access.

When you walk into a LA Fitness, it seems like you've walked into a fully-loaded clubhouse full of pleasant people. They all look the same. Some of them even feature an outside pool. The restrooms and locker rooms are spotless and big. The equipment is kept in excellent operating order, and the locker room is kept clean and in excellent condition. The staff is also kind and helpful. Racketball, full-court basketball, a swimming pool, steam room, and whirlpool, two workout rooms for classes, and a dedicated fitness training facility to be used with a trainer are among the many amenities available.

A monthly membership costs around $30, plus additional fees if you wish to use more than one LA Fitness location. In addition to workout equipment, the fitness center offers group courses, basketball, racquetball, heated pools, personal training, and children's activities. LA Fitness announced in January 2020 that several of its locations would be rebranded as Esporta Fitness.
