Their philosophy is to provide diners with high quality raw material, natural simple tastes, cosy atmosphere and friendly but professional services.
Their menu is based on Italian influence and adapted with Nordic preferences in mind. Their goal was to establish a catering business where you could get rapid, high-quality cuisine during the day. In the evenings, the venue transforms into a romantic Italian restaurant, and at night, it transforms into a cozy wine bar where people can enjoy their spare time while listening to live Italian artists.
