Lake Fest

Every summer, the most popular rock music event as well as one of the most famous fesin Montenegro, Lake Fest, takes place in Lake Krupac in Niksic, attracting approximately 20,000 music aficionados for three nights. The festival's lineup frequently emphasizes local artists and includes a number of classic Yugoslav stalwarts, giving it a unique nostalgic vibe.

Even if you don't feel like it, their heart-pounding lively music will get you moving. Local and international performers perform both old and modern rock bands. The festival is placed in the forest that lines the lake's coast, and the main stage is snuggled amid the trees, giving it a unique natural charm. Festival-goers are welcome to camp for free in the woods and share a couple of beers to make your night more exciting. The organizers ensure that the event is environmentally benign by organizing trash collection programs and eco-workshops.
