Larry King
Larry King, who spent a half-century on TV and radio, including three decades as the anchor of CNN's worldwide renowned "Larry King Live," died in January, 2021 in Los Angeles. He was 87 years old. Mr. King's co-founding company, Ora Media, confirmed his passing in a message published on Mr. King's personal Twitter account, stating that he passed away at Cedars-Sinai Medical Clinic.

Mr. King's cause of death was not specified in the statement, although he had just been hospitalized for Covid-19. He was hospitalized in 2019 for chest symptoms and claimed to have had a stroke as well.

Larry King began his career as a local radio interlocutor and sports commentator in Florida in the 1950s and 1960s, came to fame with an all-night coast-to-coast broadcast show in 1978, and anchored CNN's highest-rated, longest-running program from 1985 to 2010, reaching millions of audience across America and the world.
