Lendlease Group

Lendlease Group is an Australian multinational construction, property and infrastructure company based in Barangaroo, New South Wales, Australia. The US branch of Lendlease is located in New York. In 1970 Lend Lease extended their operations into America, and in 1983 Lend Lease created 'The Lend-Lease Foundation', their philanthropic arm to better communicate and help communities, as well as caring for both community and employee well-being.

Lendlease is currently working on urban redevelopment in Chicago. The project name is Southbank. Other notable projects from Lendlease (ASX: LLC) include a residential building at 432 Park Avenue, which is 1,396 feet tall. The building is located in one of New York's most famous and expensive neighborhoods.
