Little Black Dress (2011)
Yoon Eun-hye, Park Han-byul, Cha Ye-ryun, and Yoo In-na feature in the 2011 South Korean film Little Black Dress. The film is based on Kim Min-seo's 2009 chick-lit novel My Black Mini Dress, and it centers around the dreams, failures, and camaraderie of four 24-year-old women who are still seeking a path in life.
In college, Yoo-min (Yoon Eun-hye), Hye-ji (Park Han-byul), Soo-jin (Cha Ye-ryun), and Min-hee (Yoo In-na) were close friends. They were joined by their love of Seoul's nightlife scene and luxury shopping while studying theater and cinema at an exclusive institution, but life isn't that simple now that they're out in the real world. Yoo-min, unsure of what to do with her life, accepts a job as an assistant to a famous TV scriptwriter in order to purchase an expensive black mini dress (or "little black dress"), but her work turns out to be babysitting her boss's twin boys.
Min-hee, a wealthy girl, wants to study overseas, but she won't go until she improves her English. Hye-ji, a socialite, becomes famous after starring in Levi's commercial, but her sudden celebrity causes a schism with her friends. Soo-jin, an aspiring actress, is at her wits' end after failing so many auditions, and things only become worse when her father declares bankruptcy.
