Major’s Bay Beach
Find calm on the uncrowded sands of Majors Bay Beach, one of the best beaches in St. Kitts, located on the island's southeastern tip. Majors Bay is a calm and remote beach on St. Kitts' narrowest point, with clean waters and deserted expanses of sand. It's the ideal location for couples and folks who prefer to be alone. There's no shade or facilities, and you won't see any cruise passengers here. However, you'll find a lovely natural swimming pool built by a rusted shipwreck, which provides for some fun underwater exploration.
The vehicle ferry to Nevis leaves from one end of the harbor, but if you take a detour to the other, you'll find an untouched paradise almost entirely to yourself. Take in the panoramic views that span across The Narrows to the beautiful island of Nevis. Relax in the sun while pure waters lap golden sand, or stretch your legs on a seaside promenade while a soft wind cools you down. Swim in the tranquil, welcoming waters or take a snorkeling trip to see some of the island's fascinating sea critters.
