Mediterranean University Montenegro

The Mediterranean University Montenegro is first private university, offering degrees in tourism, hotel management, information technology, economics and business studies, fine arts, law, and foreign languages. It is one of the best universities in Montenegro.

The Mediterranean University has operated as an autonomous, fully recognized legal body from its founding on May 30, 2006, in conformity with the Bologna Declaration, to which it is a signatory.

In order to be modern, adaptable, competitive, and efficient, the University is fully devoted to improving the quality of studies in a systematic and coordinated manner. To that end, and in accordance with the Bologna Declaration, all activities at the University – teaching, study programs, grading system based on the European Credit Transfer System – ECTS – textbooks and literature, equipment, information system, scientific research, publishing, selection of teaching and administrative staff, library, lifelong learning, international cooperation, and other standards – are being continuously improved.

With 120 academic members, a 20-person administrative team, and a total enrollment of 1100 students, Mediterranean University provides Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees, as well as a continuing education program.

Finally, the majority of instruction is given in Montenegrin, while English courses are offered at both the Bachelor's and Master's levels at all faculties.
