MEGABOX at COEX Exhibition Complex

The Megabox Cineplex is located in the COEX Mall. There are 16 theaters in all, and the décor is elegant and beautiful. It is located in Samsung Station between Jamsil and Gangnam and offers a variety of amenities and activities. For example, they host the "Mega European Film Festival," which allows Koreans to view European films that they don't want to miss.

Megabit's major attraction is the "Megaride" 4D movie theater. Granted, Megabox may not have the same large screens as the others, but what they lack in screen size they make up for with close proximity to the COEX retail mall's restaurants and cafés. It may become crowded around holidays and weekends, so arrive early and buy your tickets before going shopping. Their concession counter is also excellent and reasonably priced.
