Metropolitan Preparatory Academy

This school teaches in English however the school also offers ESL program for those who are not fluent in communicating in English. Additional language classes offered by the school such as French, Spanish.

If it looks that your child is a potential Metro Prep student after the interview, the following steps are taken:
- Grades 7-9: scholars must take entrance examination (optional for SSAT scholars). This 2.5-hour test is intended to identify the child's ability in arithmetic, vocabulary, spelling, grammar, and reading comprehension (the test is diagnostic in nature; your child will never be reduced to a score at Metro Prep).
- Grades 10, 11, and 12: Students are admitted based on the submission of current academic records.
Another thing is that this school provides lunch for students, so parents and students can rest assured. In addition, the school has extracurricular activities or clubs offered such as archery, art, business club, chess, debating, fishing, hockey, mountain biking, music, print club, robotics, rock climbing, soccer.
