Mirabelle

Mirabelle, located on the 7th level of the opulent Hotel Splendide Royal, is one of Italy's most magnificent patios. The roof garden, which serves as a stunning panoramic location all year, offers unobstructed views of everything from the Pantheon to the dome of St Peter's Basilica. The performance is overseen by Executive Chef Stefano Marzetti and Food and Beverage Director Luca Costanzi, and it's a great spectacle it is.

The sophisticated meal with gourmet touches will gratify even the pickiest of fine diners, and their excellent wine cellar has an endless assortment of Italian and foreign brands (nearly 700 to be exact). There are three tasting menus to pick from in addition to the a la carte menu, including Rome's current comprehensive gluten-free degustation, which consists of five scrumptious dishes. It has an older world cabaret ambiance thanks to the classic design and lives piano. One thing is certain: the food, service, and lively ambiance will all exceed your expectations. You will be stunned when you see the scenery.
