When you dine at Moc Quan, you can expect authentic Vietnamese food. After all, they're serious about business, as all of the materials are brought in from Vietnam on a weekly basis! They've also imported the country's traditional oven to ensure you get the genuine experience when it comes to their iconic banh mi. "Goi Cuon", with four pieces of fresh Vietnamese spring rolls served with homemade black bean sauce, and "Pho Ga", with fresh rice noodles and shredded chicken breast in a fragrant chicken broth, are two of their suggested meals.

Moc Quan is delighted to curate its traditional recipes with Vietnamese-sourced products. All of their materials are hand-carried by the proprietor from the heart of Vietnam on a weekly basis! This includes the original oven that is used to bake each batch of Banh Mi baguettes.
