Morris Arboretum
The 92-acre Morris Arboretum is the ideal location for nature-loving couples to say "I do," with over 13,000 identified and recorded trees and shrubs, including magnolia and oak trees. It also includes a seasonal floral display that brightens the various event venues.
The lovely Rose Garden, which is excellent for a summer wedding because it is in full bloom in June, is one of the most romantic places for an outdoor ceremony. Another popular destination is the Magnolia Slope, which is set against a backdrop of undulating hills. Meanwhile, the Two Lines wedding ceremony location is on the garden's highest point. Pledge your love in the expansive Azalea Meadow or the Pennock Walk gated garden for a magical mood.
Your wedding reception can be held at the Widener Visitor Center, a magnificent 100-year-old stone carriage house with an adjacent tented space with a hard-surface floor, lighting, tables, and chairs.
Typical Cost: Starting fee is $3,100 – $5,300
Capacity: 175
Bonus: The venue provides a golf cart and driver to transport you to various areas of the garden for photos and other wedding events.
