Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens has a long history that dates back to the 1700s, when homesteaders bought the property to farm and raise their families. The homesteaders built the Grand Barn in the 1800s and the Tobacco Barn in the 1900s as part of a community effort and produced crops on the surrounding acreage. The craftsmanship in the two barns is truly amazing, so it was only natural to retain the barns' integrity as historic buildings when the property opened for weddings in 2014. Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens is honored to be the tristate area's only historically restored wedding site.

Myron and Sally Stoltzfus, as well as Brian and Dawn Waltman, own Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens. Myron grew up on the Homestead and has great memories of working with his father and grandfather, as well as playing in the barns with his brothers and relatives. Stoltzfus Homestead & Gardens was constructed and motivated by a commitment to family, and the team is dedicated to helping couples enjoy their wedding day with the joy of laughter, the softness of tears, and the gift of memories that will last a lifetime.

Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens is a ceremony and reception location in Lancaster County that consists of two restored historic gardens located on several acres of lovely lawns and manicured gardens. When you choose Stoltzfus for your wedding, you will be the only couple on the property that day, allowing you to relax and enjoy the entire event without worry.

There are various ceremony locations to choose from, including a meadow and a lovely wedding garden. The Grand Barn is ideal for a rustic elegant celebration, but you can also choose to hold your reception outside if you want. The property has a dedicated events crew as well as several unique choices to assist you in creating the wedding of your dreams.
