Narendra Modi

Narendra Damodardas Modi has been India's 14th and current prime minister since 2014. Modi is currently a Member of Parliament from Varanasi, where he served as Governor of Gujarat from 2001 to 2014. Modi led the BJP to a majority in the Lok Sabha, India's lower house of parliament, during the 2014 general elections, the first time a single political party had a majority since 1984.

His Twitter account frequently makes posts regarding everyday occurrences in government for people to follow. However, two years earlier, on September 3, 2020, Twitter revealed that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's personal account had been hacked, in which emerged a series of messages asking followers of this account to send money to a relief fund using a crypto deposit.
