Nino Bellissima Pizza
A $1,000 caviar pizza has become a bestseller after being added to the menu of a New York eatery. Nino Selimaj, proprietor of Nino Bellissima Pizza in Manhattan, created the magnificent pie. He spent three months experimenting with various ingredients such as white truffles and olive oil before settling on the ideal caviar, lobster, and crème fraiche combination. Hundreds of people have already purchased the luxurious delicacy, which is one of the world's most costly pizzas.
Two of the world's best caviars, Beluga and the incredibly flavorful Black Russian Royal Sevruga, were chosen for Nino's creation. The $820 worth of caviar garnish earned this pie its price tag when Nino Bellissima Pizza was first revealed in 2012. The garnish is large blobs of beluga with black Russian Royal Sevruga roe scattered over the base, topped with sliced lobster and crème fraîche, which is finished off with a salmon roll, chives, and wasabi sauce.
